The qualified field and laboratory work is our basis for expert opinions.<\/p>

Subsoil<\/strong>
We prepare structural engineering reports for you. In addition to geological background information, this includes foundation proposals with the parameters required for the structural analysis (e.g. bedding modulus\/bedding ratio) and pre-construction measures such as soil pressure, settlement calculations, soil parameters, dewatering, etc. <\/p>

Infiltration reports<\/strong>
We provide you with calculations and proposals for the drainage of your rainwater. In most cases, this is based on a determination of the permeability coefficient (kf value), which we determine for you. This also includes, if desired, submitting applications to the authorities for the drainage of rainwater. <\/p>

Furthermore, we regularly prepare statements on the infiltration capacity of soils, e.g. for fully biological small sewage treatment plants.<\/p>

Contaminated sites<\/strong>
In this area, you can expect opinions from us on potential soil and groundwater contamination. Via soil, soil gas and groundwater investigations, we provide you with an expert opinion on the extent of possible contamination. We also classify the disposal according to the relevant categories and provide optional remediation proposals. <\/p>

Road construction<\/strong>
In this sector, in addition to core drillings for sampling, for example from the roadway area, we offer an investigation (e.g. PAH, phenol index or asbestos) including an expert opinion. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
