Would you like to know how robust your building ground is? Your building has subsided and you would like to know why? We will find it out! We offer specific and individual investigations for each project. With your support, we will define your specific requirements. <\/p>

In order to determine the properties of the soil, we offer you the following field work:<\/p>

\u2013 Dynamic penetration tests in accordance with DIN EN ISO 22475-1
\u2013 Dynamic penetration tests in accordance with DIN EN ISO 22476-2 (DPL, DPM, DPH)
\u2013 Compaction checks using dynamic and static plate load tests
\u2013 Disturbed and undisturbed soil samples
\u2013 soli profiles in accordance with DIN 4022\/DIN 4023 or DIN EN ISO 14688-1\/DIN EN ISO 14689-1
\u2013 infiltration tests in boreholes or open-end tests (OET)
\u2013 Core drillings for sealed surfaces (asphalt\/concrete)

This field work is followed by laboratory testing. In our engineering laboratory, we carry out standard test methods for determining soil physical properties (soil mechanical laboratory tests): <\/span><\/p>

\u2013 Sieve analysis
\u2013 combined sieve and sedimentation test
\u2013 determination of loss on ignition
\u2013 determination of consistency in cohesive soils
\u2013 determination of water content<\/p>

The data collection from the field and laboratory is followed by the preparation of short statements (preliminary exploration) or comprehensive structural engineering statements.<\/p>

We are also able to carry out an indicative chemical analysis from the soil samples obtained \u2013 in accordance with the Mantelverordnung 2021 (in particular the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance under the Federal Soil Protection Act or the Landfill Ordinance). This does not replace a declaration for recycling\/disposal. <\/p>

In the event of anomalies, this would be necessary via a pile sampling in accordance with PN98 and subsequent analysis. We are happy to advise you on this matter.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
